It is perfect for the practice of your soft sport (yoga, pilates) but also for your intense practices such as running, fitness, cross fitness. The material is very pleasant on the skin, girdle without squeezing you and ensures a good support. The high waist belt is wide to cover you well in all postures. It is lined with a gold lurex elastic for more femininity and elegance.
